YIKES!!!
okay. this may seem terrible to everyone out there. i'm not sure what to do about it but i thought i'd let you guys know the big news. IAN ASKED A GIRL TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND and she gave him two hugs today. uhhhhm.... yeah. i'm not sure i'm old enough for my son to have a girlfriend. he said he really likes talking to her. in a way, i think it's super cute. in a way, i think it's super crazy. just wanted to let you guys know about the adventures of a school-aged boy.
and quickly. for those of you without kids, i wanted to give you a warning. YOU CHANGE WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS. i'm not sure how many of you knew me before i had kids but i'm guessing most of you did. i'm not a screamer, or a cheerer, or a wave my hands in the air kind of person. uhm. yeah. so that changed. my arms were up in the air the whole time for a super tiny roller coaster ride when we went to six flags. i scream at my son's soccer games, i cheer really loudly for him and i'm not sure where this whole thing came from. and the worst part about it is, i'm not even embarrased. how terrible. so the warning is this: no matter what your background is, YOU WILL BECOME A SOCCER MOM. be ware.
okay. that's it for now. the new fall season is about to start and i'm half excited, half bummed. i kinda wish i didn't look forward to our shows so much. how nice to feel free during the night, not get all behind on shows and stressed out about them. but at the same time, they are so crazy addicting. i'd sure hate for all of the tvs in my house to break. or at least i'd hate to be caught with the bat in my hand. we'll see how it goes.

My funny girl! It's so good to be with you, always! You are so hospitable. And I love those babies and Dean! Tell him I'm proud of him for not being a sore loser. :~* Lubs! And tell Shorty to keep her lips to herself!

And Ian's got a girlfriend? :( I knew this day would come. rats. Well, no doubt she's a special girl b/c she liked the card he made her. sigh.
Hope your weekend is a good one. As mom mentioned, thanks for a nice visit. It IS always nice to spend time with those Ledbetters!
Can't wait for House and CSI next week!!! I've been counting down the days... literally. :)
I fear I might accidentally become "a soccer aunt"... Yikes. But it will be super fun, I'm sure. Even though I don't have kids, I can already tell that all the things people say like that are true.. Mikayla has changed me so I can only imagine how I'd be if I had my own. Double yikes.
As for Ian and his girlfriend... Well, I just don't know. When Sarah told me this morning, I was like... WHAT?! But then I was like, Awwww. Especially when she told me about the card. Oh that Ian.. I don't blame the girl at all!

Grace, I can attest to the whole "soccer mom" syndrome! I even have the van to go along with the stereotype! LOL
We're just as crazy about the fall season! I'm thankful for DVR!! Sonetimes it'd be nice to "break" the tvs though. Don't think my hubby would like that too much, especially with OCTOBER coming! :)
I missed CSI!!!!!!!! Can you even believe it, after I waited and waited for it to come on!! I recorded it bc I was out w/ Jody and Sarah looking at the house and then something weird happened and it just disappeared. I AM SOOOOOO SAD/MAD. :(((( I meant to ask you about it today, but I was so busy giving Mikayla a spanking (stop laughing), being dizzy, getting my hair braided, drawing my dream man, and loving Ian telling me he still loves me and will never forget me. What would Brianna think about that?! :) Love y'all.
